Open to applicants aged 18–50 from all countries worldwide, the summit brings delegates together for executive sessions, career pathways, founder pitch challenges, and a guided Dubai city tour. A separate corporate initiative aims to fill 1,000 jobs across 10 batches of 100 candidates; job applications and hiring are free of charge, with offers depending on role requirements and employer selection.

As a Judge and Investor associated with The Gamechangers Middle East, he supports ambitious founders and challenges strong ideas to become scalable businesses.
