1. Who we are

The Infinity NextGen Business Summit (the “Summit”) is organised by [Infinix Infinity Events — exact legal name as on trade licence], trade licence no. 2. Acceptance of these terms

By submitting an application, paying a fee, or attending the Summit, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not apply.

3. Eligibility

• You must be aged 18 to 50 on 23 January 2027.
• Applicants of any nationality may apply.
• You must hold, or be able to obtain, a passport that is valid for at least six months after the Summit dates, and you must be able to meet UAE entry requirements.
• The information you submit must be true, complete and your own. Applications containing false information or documents will be rejected, and any seat already granted will be withdrawn without refund.
• One application per person. Duplicate applications may be merged or rejected.

4. Application and selection process

*Dates are planned and may change. We will notify applicants of material changes by email.

• Funded delegates are selected on merit, based on eligibility, motivation, career fit or business-idea quality, and document checks. Selection decisions are made by the Organiser at its sole discretion and are final.
• We may select reserve candidates and offer them a seat if a selected delegate withdraws.
• We are not obliged to give reasons for not selecting an applicant.

5. Fees

5.1 Application processing & shortlisting fee — USD 30

• The USD 30 fee covers the processing and shortlisting of your application. It does not guarantee shortlisting, selection, a funded seat, a visa or any other benefit.
• The fee is non-refundable in all cases, including if you are not selected, withdraw, or cannot travel. A duplicate or incorrect charge caused by a payment error will be corrected. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5.2 Self-funded delegate seat — USD 999

• A self-funded seat is confirmed only after eligibility verification, successful payment and written seat confirmation from us, subject to capacity.
• The self-funded package includes the two-day programme and a two-night twin-shared hotel stay in Dubai, plus any other items listed on the website at the time of payment. It does not include a funded seat, airfare, visa, job, internship, award or investment unless stated in writing.

5.3 Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, [Stripe]. We do not store your full card details. Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may charge currency-conversion or international transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

5.4 Job applications are free

We never charge any fee to apply for a job, to be interviewed, or to be hired. If anyone asks you for money in exchange for a job, a job offer or a visa in our name, do not pay. Report it to summit@theinfinitynextgen.com.

6. Funded delegate package

The 100 merit-selected funded delegates receive the following support, within the limits we publish:

• Capped economy airfare support (a return economy ticket booked or approved by us, up to the published cap of [USD amount]);
• Two hotel nights in Dubai, twin-shared;
• UAE visa-fee support for eligible delegates;
• Meals during the two-day programme;
• Airport and group transport during the programme;
• A Dubai city tour and a certificate of participation.

Not included unless we confirm otherwise in writing: travel insurance, travel within your home country, passport fees, extra baggage, personal expenses, extra hotel nights, room upgrades, and any costs caused by your own changes to travel plans.

Travel support is personal to the selected delegate. It cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash. If you do not travel as confirmed without a valid reason, we may withdraw your seat and you may be excluded from future programmes.

7. Visas and travel

• Visa decisions are made solely by UAE authorities. We provide supporting documents and visa-fee support to eligible funded delegates, but we cannot guarantee that a visa will be issued.
• You are responsible for holding a valid passport, meeting all entry and health requirements, and arriving on time for the confirmed travel.
• You must leave the UAE on or before the date shown on your visa. Overstaying is a violation of UAE law and is at your own risk and cost.

8. The 1,000 Opportunities hiring initiative

• The hiring initiative is separate from summit selection. Being selected for the Summit does not mean you will be hired, and you do not need a summit seat to apply for a job.
• Hiring depends on verified vacancies, role fit, interviews, employer decisions, lawful work permits, and a signed employment or contractor agreement.
• Applying for a job and being hired are free of charge. No applicant can buy a job, and no job is guaranteed.

9. Infinity Founder Challenge (up to AED 50,000)

• Ten finalists may be invited to pitch live to the judging panel. Up to two ideas may be considered for launch support.
• An award of up to AED 50,000, or an approved launch-support alternative, is subject to the published criteria, due diligence, board approval and the final award terms signed with the winner. The panel may decide not to make an award if no idea meets the required standard.
• An award may be paid in stages, as services or support in kind, or through a business entity, as set out in the award terms. It is not a guaranteed cash prize.
• Your idea remains yours. You keep ownership of the intellectual property in your idea. You give us a limited right to review it for the purpose of the Challenge. We do not sign individual non-disclosure agreements at the application stage, so please do not submit information you are not willing to share with the judging panel.

10. Conduct at the Summit

Delegates must behave respectfully, follow UAE laws and local customs, and follow the instructions of the Organiser, venue and hotel staff. We may remove any delegate from the Summit, without refund or travel support, for harassment, discrimination, violence, use of illegal substances, misrepresentation, or any behaviour that puts others at risk or damages the Summit's reputation.

11. Photos, video and media

The Summit will be photographed and filmed. By attending, you agree that we may record and use your image, voice and name in photos, videos and live streams for reporting on and promoting the Summit and Infinity Group, in any media, without payment. If you do not want to appear in close-up promotional material, tell us in writing before the Summit and we will make reasonable efforts to respect your request.

12. Changes, postponement or cancellation by us

We may change the programme, speakers, venue, schedule or package details where reasonably necessary. If we cancel or postpone the Summit, the remedies in our Refund & Cancellation Policy apply. We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including government action, travel restrictions, natural disasters, health emergencies or airline disruption.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability to you in connection with the Summit is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, or for the acts of airlines, hotels, transport providers, employers or other third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

14. Personal data

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your application or payment applies to that application or payment, unless a change is required by law.
